Yaay; I just got the Record of Lodoss War DVD set!! ^_^ It's actually cheaper than the video collection by about $40 or so (although I bought mine at crappy Sam Goody, so it ended up being only $30 cheaper..). Very cool!
I haven't figured out how to get the BlogBack to work yet, but I will work on it. People can e-mail me in the meantime if they wish. Assuming that anyone even reads this.... *sweat drop*

Welcome to My Blog!! ^_^

I have been itchingto do something like this for a while now, but never go to it. I really want to get a site up, but that has not gone well. I know little about HTMLing, and cannot afford at this time to pay for web space. I had a horrible Homestead account, but ended that after they got fishy and decided to charge their free services....I now have an Envy account, but my Client is faulty because it is rejecting my password. *Sigh*..... Well, at least I can have a Blog!! ^_'
I'd like to give some thanks to Queen Vera of Reverse Halo for inspiring me to get something like this up! Domo arigato, Vera-chan! ^_^ I have enjoyed her site and Blog for a long time, and helped motivate me to get this one up.
So, since I don't have a site, a little about me (gotta amuse anyone reading this somehow...). I am in second year college with no declared major yet. I just can't decide, and I figure if I am going to bother to work and earn a degree, I might as well use it. So I am not sure yet....I love art and drawing, and my proposed site would mainly be an art site. I don't do a lot of fan art, but I have a few pieces. I don't often get the urge enough to draw other people's characters, and focus mainly on my own projects, of which I have several.
Of course, I love anime and manga, and some favorites include Princess Mononoke, Vampire Hunter D (must see Bloodlust!!!), Crying Freeman, Dominion, New Dominion, Iria, Trigun (LOL!!), the Ninja series (Scroll and Resurrection), and Tenchi titles. I do not like a lot of the really trendy anime, or if I do, for different reasons. I am going to say right up front...I am NOT a huge Cowboy Bebop fan. It simply is not that impressive. Sure, I LOVE the intro! Heh. But it's not that intriguing of story. It's okay, in my book. Favorite manga are anything by Masamune Shirow, and Blade of the Immortal. I don't read a terrible lot of manga, but there are things I want to look into for sure.
I like console RPGs, and favorites are FF series, of course (I don't have a one favorite though), Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Lunar, Lunar 2 and I am playing Grandia and Chrono Cross. Both excellent!!
Music....I just have no one dedication to. I like all kinds, but cannot stand rap(this includes "rap metal", like Limp Bizkit), country, or pop. My all-time favorite band is and always shall be Metallica, but I like other things. I am currently in love with Enigma and Loreena McKennit, and have been listening to RPG OST's lately (especially Xenogears and Chrono Cross. But I also love good ol' Nobuo!). I like mood music, to set inspirational and provocative emotions. Especially lately....
The Simpsons is my all-time favorite show! And always will be. ^_'
I like to read but don't do enough of it! I am trying though, and am currently finishing up Better than Life, by Grant Naylor, and weeding through The Two Towers (aleady read Fellowship, so I'm set for the movie). Also am trying to read Tokyo Suckerpunch, by Issac Adamson, and The Dreamthief's Daughter, by Micheal Moorcock. I also have Starship Titanic, by Douglas Adams and Terry Jones to read, too.
Basically I'm a creative person with a corresponding mind-set and enjoy deep thoughts (thinking, and those by Jack Handey! LOL)
and conversations. I hope some will be created here.
